Tadhkirat al-Awliya<\/b> or Tadhkerat al-Awliya<\/b> (Arabic<\/a>: \u062a\u0630\u06a9\u0631\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0627\u0648\u0644\u06cc\u0627<\/span>\u200e, literally “Biographies of the Saints”) is a 72-chapter book written by the mystic<\/a> and poet<\/a> Attar<\/a> about the life of famous Sufi<\/a> people and their miraculous deeds (Karamats<\/a>). This is probably the only work of Attar written as prose<\/a>. It starts with a biography<\/a> of Imam<\/a> Jafar Sadiq<\/a> , the Sixth Imam of Shia<\/a> and ends with one of Mansur Al-Hallaj’s<\/a> , the Sufi Martyr<\/a>. Although the title of the book is in Arabic , the text is in Persian<\/a>.<\/div>\n
