A few months ago, i mentioned the existence of a site where is being published a Journal about the Syriac theme:

This Institute is keeping a mail-list group, focused principally in the academic questions about the Syriac theme:
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Hugoye-list is an e-mail discussion group devoted to the academic field of Syriac studies. The list is associated with the electronic journal Hugoye: Journal of Syriac Studies and is sponsored by the Beth Mardutho: The Syriac Institute. Intended for the use of academic scholars, Hugoye-list is not an appropriate forum for amateur inquiries. The framework for discussion is academic and non-political.
SUBSCRIBING AND UNSUBSCRIBING
The act of subscribing to the list signifies the agreement of the subscriber to follow the any Rules of Conduct and accept any adjudications of the moderator. To subscribe, please complete the following two steps:
- Send an email to hugoye-list-owner@yahoogroups.com. In the body of the email, please state: (1) your full name, (2) your academic affiliation, if any, and (3) a one-two line statement on your interest to join the list.
- Send an empty email to hugoye-list-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
If you are looking for a group centered in the theme, and your interest is overall academic, this resource can be very useful for you.
